Been practicing making more tortillas de harina under my mom's supervision, honestly what I got wrong was wanting to mix it all together but she's been teaching me the secret is mixing the wet parts in slowly and removing the dough from the unmixed parts. Idk over mixing been my mistake while this bodes well for my chances at finding love my diet is being tested.
