If they naturally make a face, it's not ahegao, it's an o face. Ahegao is a weird stylized manga thing, based on the o face, but as real to it as anime tiddies are to natural tiddies, and if anyone has a choice to make the face or not while having sex, it's obviously not a natural reaction.
