I wouldn't mind some Rosa Luxemburg thrown in the tips, she is also pretty good and insightful. "Reform or Revolution" helps a lot with getting a grip of irl organizing.
I would like to add that I think that The Mass Strike is great analysis of the 1905 Russian Revolution and really shows the nature in which revolutionary situations are built up to as a historical process and burst into spontaneous action that resembles nothing of the well ordered nature of best laid plans. But you don't need to flood the links with Rosa
