, specifically my branch since I'm the only member...Without doxing myself, I'm planning on entering my new career in 2025. I know it's not very revolutionary, but I plan to join PSL as a member after I'm secure in my position.

I have filled out their web form to talk to someone about joining up and I'm just getting 403 errors
Your best bet in that case is to directly contact your local branch. Let them know you're having application errors but you're very interested in joining. Instagram is usually the best way to do so.
This is for people for whom full membership in the party isn't the right fit. Maybe that's a matter of capacity or maybe it's a political disagreement that would make adhering to all of the party's positions difficult or uncomfortable.
