I can never fathom the life choices people have had to make to wind up so fucking stupid and emotionally immature (a nicer way of saying 'racist', I guess lmao) like that. You're already selling a goddamn Nintendo Switch game on Craigslist of all places, so why have a goddamn breakdown over some S T R A N G E R showing up at your house in response to the listing?? Not knocking CL but it is definitely the sketchiest way to buy/sell shit - hell, I picked up a microwave back in June from a local listing and point blank refused to meet the seller at their house & wound up offering them an extra $5 to meet me at the Walgreens nearby, because fuck exactly what you went through. Wish I could figure out why the Karen even bothered with CL instead of one of the many alternatives that is seen as 'safer' like ebay or FB marketplacce lmao.
When I lived in Vancouver, it was expected that you meet in a public place like a train station to make the sale. Around here though, everyone wants you to come to their home. And they won't tell you their address more than an hour in advance because they're scared you'll burglarize them. It's not a great system.

I remember buying a used switch for 20 dollars at Main Street - Science World (fuck Telus) station once.
