I think the bottom part is an extreme close up of a robot from the new DC show. The robot is a character who was built in the 1940s to fight WW2 and the joke is that he's always asking the other characters "When are we going to kill Nazis?" and saying things like "This is my second favorite thing! Right after killing Nazis."
I really want a story with either the robot or captain America where he comes back. He's very celebrated, and a few weeks in he flips out against the government because they're all fascists
