I'm guilty of taking a cruise to San Juan when I was still in high school with my extended (rich) family. It's a nice place and for sure, the boomers there off the carnival cruise ships won't put up with it.
Gods I wish I had a Piña colada right now! But I am sure the resorts will be the first to receive power again.
