Really really really hard not to fall into climate doomerism lol

One of these days I'm probably gonna snap and make Ted Kaczynski look like a liberal

I was reading so much climate science sometime back as if it was an addiction. It was very bad for my mental health and just overall happiness. I still read it but I have to limit my intake to only two or three articles or journals a week now. I don't wanna tell people how to live their life, but I will say it took quite sometime to stop feeling like the biggest doomer ever even after limiting my intake of climate science. If you can help it, put some limitations on your intake as well, it's not healthy and you likely know it's all happening faster than expected and how bad it is. Take care of your mental health, things like this are out of our control.

It's still important to stay current on it all,but please, don't over do it. It's still important to advocate for legit climate solutions, but try your best not to dwell on it too much, most humans have a threshold on how much stuff like this they can handle. ♥️

God damn, thanks comrade, I really appreciate it. Don't worry, I usually try my best not to obsess over climate stuff too much, but every once in a while I get reminded of the sheer scale of this event and feel really, really fucked. I guess revolutionary doomerism is the way to go, huh
