What I don't quite understand is how they manage to say it all out loud, but libs still don't believe that this is what they're doing. When I tell my lib friends very basic things that right wingers are actively trying to do, I can tell they're kind of rolling their eyes thinking "yeah yeah, there he goes being hysterical and conspiratorial again".

This is calling for the executive branch to use the Department of Justice to threaten prosecution of any local or state officials if they do not charge LGBTQ people and their allies with crimes under the pretense that they are breaking federal and state laws against exposing minors to pornography. If people at the Department of Justice refuse to go along with this, then they can simply be replaced under Schedule F. While the excerpted paragraph above includes references to immigration, the fact that it explicitly includes gender identity, and fits in with the previous calls to designate anything trans-related as pornographic, clearly telegraphs their intent.

Chuds really like being long-winded. Sure, leftists may joke about how leftist memes are walls of text, but they have to be because the ideas presented are complicated. Chuds use a lot of text to say almost nothing. Look at "Atlas Shrugged." The infamously massive speech in it that goes on for like a hundred pages is "THE RICH ARE BETTER THAN YOU POORS. COMPASSION IS BAD ACTUALLY" said over and over again.
This reminds me of their 1776 commission document. It was much shorter but it was just the same old talking points padded out with fluff to sound more "official"
