      That sounds a lot like where I work but one of the founding owner's failsons is trying to apply his shitty business econ education to expand and "grow" the business while not lifting a finger even to answer the phones and leaving us critically understaffed refusing to raise pay or hire people while we are dealing with all the extra stress of covid, thus spurring my motivation to organize. If you and all your coworkers are treated fairly and are comfortable it isn't as necessary but if anything like what is happening at my job starts happening for you that's the opportunity to seize on.

          Yeah it was pretty sweet for about 5 years or so but as soon as one of the owners decided to retire and let his son take over it's been obvious the direction he is taking us and it's dumb as shit because there's not even much money to be made trying to be the next whole foods or whatever.
