      I mean, what is there to cover up? You take some infected, stick them in a room with state agents who are sent off on a sort of "kamikaze" mission hanging out at airport terminals and popular landmarks. They know the gameplan: sacrifice for the greater good

      It's not like there wasn't some weirdness around the first bits of information coming out, doctors on social media getting jailed, and why China wasn't forthcoming with WHO data. Gross negligence at best, wicked evil at worst.

    All of East Asia is doing pretty good, from Thailand to North Korea to the counter-revolutionaries on Taiwan. Japan is the worst and they have had fewer cases than Canada. Evidently its not all that hard to control this pandemic if the most densely populated countries in the world can do it. Like all you need is competent leadership and some kind of centralized response.

    Libs in the US and Canada praise Ardern for her response becuase it wasn't 'authoritarian' but when it came to their country they didn't support doing any of the fairly minor things her government did to stop the virus from spreading becuase it would inconvenience businesses.

    I think SEA is doing fine as well, infected cases are quite high but deaths are low compared to the confirmed cases.

    Not to mention Vietnam with like 35 deaths only
