Place the sphere on this sheet and roll it in a straight line (easiest if it's a small sphere). You should have a circumference drawn on the sphere. Now put it down so that an unmarked spot is touching the lead. Roll it in a straight line again to get a new circumference. The two points where these circles intersect are antipodes. link
