I think there is no vaccine coming. We're just waiting for all the most vulnerable to die and a new normal to set in. Also countries that successfully stopped the virus at the get go; China, NZ, Australia, etc. won't be letting americans in for a long time....

Good point. Americans won't be banned we'll just have to do stuff like this for the next 5 years.
