Basically find a topic that your potential convert doesn't have complete knowledge of or just ask questions until the answer is "I don't know" and sow jesus seeds and hopefully get them to doubt their total knowledge as way of working the ground to make the seed grow.

I feel like this can be done without making the person feel like they have a hard time knowing things. I haven't figured it out though.
