I honestly wouldn't be surprised if some well connected lanyard dweeb secured a small amount of DoD funds to infiltrate and try to destroy the community. A lot of those little hobgoblins on r/neoliberal are legitimately connected to the NGO/think tank/nonprofit/government world and they fucking hated us more than anything.
