It should be over soon. Please let it be over soon.

Chairman Daou is planning a revolution. Biden is ahead enough to get 270 if the remain vote isn't for Trump he'll increase his margin by small amounts. But where did that bring you? :back-to-me:

If election day's got you in an emergency, you can find hotlines here

The 🇱🇷 2020 🇱🇷 American 🇱🇷 Presidential 🇱🇷 Elections 🇱🇷 are the single most important political event since The Last Fascist was VOTED 🔫 OUT 🔫. We on the admin team see it as our duty to enforce the views of our audience by any parasocial means necessary.

As a nacho-socialist cabal, we see no path to revolution other than by focusing the majority of our leisure time on consuming bougie media. Media that is obsessed with the details of an election we decided our preferences on months ago, if not years ago. Here's the bottom line: Voting makes you a good person and not voting makes you a bad one. Don't believe us? Just ask Lenin:

A democratic republic is the best possible political shell for capitalism, and, therefore, once capital has gained possession of this very best shell (through the Palchinskys, Chernovs, Tseretelis and Co.), it establishes its power so securely, so firmly, that no change of persons, institutions or parties in the bourgeois-democratic republic can shake it.

We must also note that Engels is most explicit in calling universal suffrage as well an instrument of bourgeois rule. Never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down, never gonna run around and desert you. Universal suffrage, he says, obviously taking account of the long experience of German Social-Democracy, is "the gauge of the maturity of the working class. It cannot and never will be anything more in the present-day state."

See? We can't let capital take control of this "very best shell"! Turtles belong to the people! And the way we do that is by voting for posts.

I swear to god I'm going to turn my currently most lib friend into a marxist if it fucking kills me. He used to be a ron paul guy and mostly turned himself into a Pod Save listening lib, and a few months ago he ranted to me about how he listened to an episode of Chapo and thought it was everything wrong with politics because it was an episode where they started off by riffing about how online bullying works (under the circumstances probably a relatively unlucky bit of rng) and he hated that. Over the last few months we've been talking every day about politics and tonight I got him to explicitly recognize his position as part of an exploited working class and talked to him about false consciousness and materialism and I'm going to fucking win I promise you. I fuckin' swear on me mum.

Mitch Mcconnell is already saying he's excited for the Biden presidency because he thinks divided government is when you can get big things done, like cutting social security or welfare reform. Do not let anyone tell you otherwise, Biden winning with a republican senate is the worst possible outcome here.

I'm guessing that the /r/politics thread that announces the winner of the election gets $1,000 in reddit awards.

If Biden had won in a rout the neolibs would have crowed that it was a resounding rejection of leftism. Since Biden barely won they're still saying it's a resounding rejection of leftism. If he had lost they would have surely said the same thing. Funny how no matter the result it's always definitive proof that centrism is the way to go.

If voting was sponsored by Wal-Mart and you had to make a minimum purchase of $1,000 to be allowed to vote, democrats would be pushing for affordable voting instead of the right to vote.

/r/politicalhumor is full of mindless libs, but for some reason they'll upvote a bunch of real leftist shit. I've been reposting stuff from fullcommunism and the old subreddit and getting hundreds of upvotes. Should we take them over to keep getting lefty memes to the front page?
