Decent analysis reminding us that Biden's decisions will be his own... just as Republicans have been making their own decisions for 30 years, regardless of whether or not they were in power. Any attempt to pin bad policies--or lack of policies--on the need to compromise with Mitch McConnell will be bullshit.
