The irony is that if it werent for covid, he probably would have croaked by now from having to run an actual campaign. Then again we all know if it werent for covid he would have lost spectacularly because he doesnt have the energy or capability to run an actual campaign. They would have run with the Bideninthebasement strategy with or without covid, all it did was provide cover for him.

I really dont see him making it long in office, especially when the stress of the job starts. Then again, maybe his old-man zero-fucks-given energy is strong enough that he wont even care about the job and will just be like, "fuck this emergency meeting with the joint chief's of staff, I'm taking a nap." Reminds me of the Seinfeld joke: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IT-sBagXbT0

Biden probably won't have the energy to take his job seriously, he will likely leave everything up to Kamala and the Cabinet, "whatever they think is best".

Biden might lose or forget the nuclear codes, as happened with Bill Clinton & Jimmy Carter: https://abcnews.go.com/WN/president-bill-clinton-lost-nuclear-codes-office-book/story?id=11930878 https://timeline.com/jimmy-carter-once-sent-launch-codes-to-the-cleaner-and-other-scary-tales-of-the-nuclear-football-add77568346e

Another problem is Kamala having the nuclear codes, since she appears willing to do anything to get more power and has no consistent ideology.

I dont think Kamala will have any serious role as long as he's still alive. She was chosen purely based on identity politics and her willingness to tow the line. He doesnt actually respect her input. Things will be left up to people like John Kasich his advisors/handlers. What Kamala might do after he croaks is another story.

I think Biden is genuinely an asshole and not a good person (that's excluding the fact that he's a rapist). I've know way too many old white dudes exactly like him, they are all awful. So no I don't want him to experience being president.

As president elect, I will be out there hugging, kissing, maybe even blowing every single covid ridden republican ghoul there is to promote unity in this nation. So maybe 50/50 chance

Nah, because there's no way President Harris gets primaried in 2024. VP Harris has a decent shot at losing a primary.

Yeah idgi either. There's nobody willing to cause the stink of an incumbent primary challenge, and even if there were, I doubt Democratic primary voters are going to suddenly become discerning enough not to just blindly vote incumbent. If Bernie (lol) really wanted to run again he'd have a better shot trying to win in the Republican primaries.

Biden will be 81 in 2024 and his brain is already leaking out of his ears. There's a good chance he doesn't run again.

If he bites it or steps down before then, we'll get President Harris running as an incumbent and -- no matter how bad the situation -- it's pretty damn difficult to primary an incumbent president. Running in an open primary against the outgoing VP is not as difficult.

no but what does it even mean to "primary" her?

She'd literally be president. You can't primary the president, they're the president.

            You can’t primary the president

You can, it usually just makes you a pariah in your own party and I don't know if a primary challenger has ever won against an incumbent president. But there was a Republican primary this year, for instance; the incumbent doesn't just automatically get the nomination.
