I’m an undergrad Psych major and from what I understand a lot of mental disorders do overlap, but I don’t think it’s appropriate to call an overlap of personality disorders, addiction, schizophrenia, or autism a sprectrum, even though a lot of causes and symptoms may overlap

I've seen some people say that since there's a lot of overlap between autism and ADHD that they could find out that they're the same disorder
