Climate change Climate disaster is already happening . We're going to see a blue ocean event way earlier than expected.

We would be past the point of no return regardless of who was president. Bernie would have just made the next 4-8 years less painful, but this is a problem far bigger than one president of one country.

Millions will lose their homes and become climate refugees. We already see this happening on a smaller scale with mega fires. Now imagine that it's no longer seasonal and becomes the new normal.

I'm trying to move out of my state to one with a more stable environment, but there's a good chance that when I do so I'll be surrounded by neoliberals that don't want to lower housing prices for immigrants, much less give them mutual aid.

So I guess I'll have to learn more skills over the next few years. I can't help others put on their plane masks until I put mine on first. Hopefully that's not just chud advice I subconsciously kept with me over the years.

on the upside, if we can afford to post on the internet (that too in english) right now, we're not gonna be the worst hit. this means it will be easier for us to withstand it and create mutual aid networks to help others.
