Between this, the GRD conflict and further climate related chaos things are looking very bleak in Ethiopia

Anyone know any of the regional details? How likely are Eritrea to want to secretly stoke this? What other autonomous regions might rise up? Sentiment of the people to the government? Any reactionaries to speak of that specifically take issue with the Tigray PLF?

I'd love info on this region and their struggle in English but it seems quite sparse when I search for it.

In a civil war, what do the regional/international factions look like? The US has Djibouti next door as one of the most important overseas bases so it'd probably be intervening fast.

With the whole dam issue, the Oromo discontent and this, it's not looking quite too good for Ethiopia currently.

As a Chritmanist-Materialist I read this situation as the reflection of Capitalism falling rate of profit is approaching the crisis point the scarcity of material conditions are wayyy over the point of no tuning back and in the weak link of global order (aka the Third World) it has reached its breaking point which would cause groups of people randomly and collectively snap.
