I honestly like them. I still only vaguely understand what Nick Land is about but from what I know his ideas are hilariously stupid
I saw that post earlier about someone complaining about Mark Fisher because he was a student of Land's and praised his contributions to music, mentioning that Kode9 came out of Land's philosophy. At first I was surprised because I like Kode9 but then I realized his stuff is basically the musical equivalent of whatever dystopia Nick Land wants to live in lol
I mean some of his early work is interesting , such as his characterization of capitalism as a viral entity that is fundamentally inhuman but now he's just a nazi who read too much William Gibson.
