Especially since, again, WFH actually moves some expenses from the employer to the employee (i.e. utilities, insurance, some supplies and equipment). Which strategist in their right mind is thinking that employees should be penalized and encouraged to actively increase the costs of doing business. They've internalized being punitive to their employees so hard that they're actually costing businesses money to do so.
