You can't have capitalist trade relations with if you aren't doing those three things. You think capitalists are going to invest in China if the constitution doesn't protect their capital? You're basically asking China to abandon their massively successful program and become the Soviet Union again, dooming themselves to isolation and failure.

Please get off the armchair.
Bro, the USSR's rapid industrialization was only achieved through large-scale expropriation of peasants and the suppression of consumption of workers. Industrializing rapidly requires these things.
The arguments you make apply to Mexico, subsaharan african nations, indonesia etc, but China on the other hand, which has massive investment in social infrastructure, large scale IP theft, planned industrial policies, massive amount of state control in private industry, the worlds largest labour union, is not even remotely close to neoliberal capitalism. Not to mention the law of value does not appear to function in China.
You have a fair point. But when is the point where the government decides that they have built up enough productive forces?
Trade with capitalists? China has a class hierarchy that is broken down entirely by rich and poor.
When you have to make excuses for a 'socialist' country having a billionaire class, you'll make excuses for anything until it's capitalism in name only. Most of the defenses from western leftists about China are the exact same defenses of capitalism spouted by conservatives when they talk about how great capitalism is supposed to be.
