I just checked, it is not cracked right now but if I'm not mistaken all CoDs eventually do, it's brand new so give it a couple weeks.
CoD MW 2019 is online only and never got cracked, probably gonna be the same for cold war.
I dont know if COD has been. I dont follow COD anymore so I dont even pirate the games, but if it hasnt yet cant imagine it'll take more than a month
