it's not super hard to write a script like that, vote manipulaters could simply do it themselves even if this post was never published.
the fact that this post exists illustrates that it can be done, which I think is important for awareness.
As much as I like this I agree, this seems like it could be bad news in the hands of the wrong bunch.
