I dunno, Grievous can be seen as tragic, but I'm pretty sure his grievances (haha) against the Jedi were misplaced, and at least in an older continuity manufactured by Count Dooku to turn him into a jedi-hunter.
yeah that sounds right. his backstory was certainly an opportunity for the jedi to reckon with 'the other side'--receiving end of their sabers--but uh, none of the mainstream stuff went into that, at all lmao
