Hateful Eight's fun. It does the same thing Evil Dead was where a house and the people in it just get horribly fucked up over the course of the movie and I thought that was really enjoyable.

But it does probably have the least memorable characters of his movies. I can't remember much about any of them besides Jennifer Jason Leigh being just ruthless.

She was the main bad guy. I'm not saying it's not sexist, but from a film perspective the "hanging" was the releasen the audience experiences after the tension she caused throughout the entire movie.

Does he write himself saying the n word over and over in every movie, or was Pulp Fiction particularly egregious?

I'm pretty sure he only says "bleck" in Django, surprisingly.

Once upon a time in Hollywood is pretty boring for me and the conclusion is underwhelming as well.

Can’t say he’s made anything bad, but Hateful Eight is definitely one of my least favorite of his. It’s just so long and doesn’t really engage me the way his other movies do and kind of stays in one gear the whole time. I’ll gladly rewatch anything else he’s done, but I don’t think I’ll want to watch Hateful Eight again for a long time.

i don't think he has. Hateful eight is probably the one ive watched the least. At least he gave us dead Nazis and dead slaveowners on the big screen. Django and Basterds are my favs.
