Not really just cutting out my obvious triggers. It has worked somewhat but I'm going to try it cause I still have digestive issues that's effecting my overall health.
once i figured out that onion and garlic were major triggers, it was easy to connect that fructans were the thing that caused flares up for me. wish i could have them back in my life :(

I have a couple. Mostly bread and certain dairy products. I'm about to change up my diet soon.
have you tried doing the FODMAP thing?
