What are some unavoidable big pedo energy red flags while on the job, and does hearing on of your younger (sub 17 y/o) coworkers literally tell one of your (29 y/o) managers: "I'm not in the mood today" and "I was hoping that I didn't see you today" just before you clock out trigger one of those "big red flags?"

Eew. Managers are gross. I was gonna follow this with "guys are gross"- but actually although I block it out, I've been prayed on by an older woman in authority- which is not some kind of brag. It fucked up my life at the time. Anyway, yeah, someone should get to the bottom of that shit

I'm trying to figure out how I should play the situation/what should I even do. I mean, I've only ever read social media posts about this type of thing, but being in the middle of it is so god damn uncomfortable. I don't really even know how to try to talk to my coworker to see if the manager in question tried to pull anything on her. I mean, I'm approaching my mid twenties and I'm sure she's sick to death of older guys trying to corner her in the first place

If you think your age/gender might put her off from having a conversation about this with you, maybe there's an adult female co-worker you could ask to speak to her?

Was just gonna say this. As long as it's someone you're pretty sure you can trust this is probably the best play.
