*designed by navy seals
Why would navy seals be qualified to design an electronic device? How do six pack abs make you a better military force? I once saw a discussion under a joe rogan video where they were arguing about how many times you have to shoot a navy seal to kill them. 13. They decided you had to shoot a navy seal at least 13 times to kill them. Maybe six pack abs can stop a bullet?
I propose that we begin referring to any type of MRA as “boy love” instead.
This scam has been around forever, I remember those vibrating 6 pack belts being sold on late night tv infomercials back in the 90s
You usually need 13 shots, but if you have a medic with kritzkrieg it takes like 3 or 4 if they are full hp
shaking my dick head, seals can't even do the men's number of "69" shots to die.

I love the internet so fucking much
It's an Elon version of "designed." You write down in crayon what you want to happen and then hire some Chinese people to actually make it.
I mean the actual answer is that they're lying, but I'd be very surprised if they could get the SEAL to remove the crayon from his nose

I'm a big fan of Jon Polito even though his small role in the Miami Vice series was so bad as to be embarrassing. Anways - here's a clip that has no relation - none at all - to this thread. I'm only sharing it for the sole reason I'm a big fan of Jon Polito and the Coen Brothers: movie clip.
I think OP is being sarcastic but I don't have the DARPA device
ShowEDIT: This is the dunk tank lol
that works out, because each pack of the tactical abs absorbs 2 bullets. once the abs have been compromised to a permanent end, the final shot (#13) penetrates their gut, leaking energy drink and dip juice into their blood stream, effectively frying their pea brains in stims.
all of this was laid out explicitly in the documentary/video game Contra for NES.
This isn't new at all.
Using electrodes to try to make muscles move without someone actively trying to move them was a gimmick tried as far back as the seventies. It was so silly and dangerous that it was a plot point in some sitcoms at the time, dunking on people trying to work out without working out.
