Raddle you mean? Yeah, you're thinking of ziq. They are a very unpleasant person and probably still use sockpuppets to some extent. There are definitely others there though. I'd say the active "community" of raddle probably consists of like 10 people in addition to ziq, all rabidly anti-communist pro-imperialism "anarchists." Only because everyone else has been bullied deliberately off the site by ziq, who can't handle the idea that other people who disagree with them are using the same website.
