that is probably good, although i think it's slightly illegal getting outside at 11 pm for no reason rn here. maybe im just gonna lay in bed for a bit
one thing that has been appening is when i leave my room i have to pass around my brother and kinda stop next to him to see what he's up to on his pc (usually playing minecraft or doing homework with friends) and he always treats me like shit, like "wtf do you want, get away, im with friends" like im some lame monster he doesnt want around ugh. this is a stupid thing but it's really not made my day better.
Can I suggest doing something active in your room, rather than laying down? Unless you feel like you're too tired to focus--there's no point in staying up late if your brain is fried and your body needs to sleep. But if you're inclined to lay down because you're feeling sad (and I've been there, believe me), not because you're tired, movement can be a better option. Do some jumping jacks/push ups/crunches/whatever just to get your blood pumping a bit. Then tell yourself, "I have accomplished something that I didn't really want to do. I didn't feel like doing these dumb exercises, but now I'm feeling kinda energized. I can do other things I don't want to do, like my homework." Like, I know this sounds cheesy, but it's how I talk to myself when I'm feeling down, and it works for me--not always, but often at least.
im sorry i really really dont wanna do these things... and im nto really phisically tired, just mentally tired and bored
That's why I'd say laying down isn't a good idea, unless you're physically tired. You probably won't sleep, you'll just think about stuff that makes you feel bad. If you're at a standstill with homework, try doing something else productive that will give you a bit of a feeling of accomplishment, so you can ride it. Is there something else constructive that you can do in your room? Laundry you need to fold, etc?
