    roommates family is doing a 40 person get together for thanksgiving in a separate state :doomer: at least got my roommate to come up with a work excuse so she wouldn't have to attend.

      I honestly can't believe I'm thankful for my parents only having direct family this year. I expected so much worse

        My cousin just buried his stepfather who died from covid this week, and today he is hosting a thanksgiving for at least 20 people -- some who live in nursing homes.

        Mormonism...
