Have commercials and Fox News screaming "Radical liberal extremists don't want you to be cured from the virus! Take these to defeat liberals!" Have Trump on TV take the vaccine, talking about how tremendous it is, and how he helped create the vaccine when democrats didn't want to (even though his followers didn't believe in the virus in the first place).
