With mixed success, I've been trying to plan days doing stuff outdoors. Camping, hiking, that sort of thing. It forces me to get away from the computer, but also sometimes planning new stuff to do is hard, and the weather is getting worse for it.

Reading has also worked, but I can only do an hour or two of serious reading a day, and then I need to let my brain digest it.

I've also been trying to learn Blender, but staying focused on a project is tough, since it's on the computer.

What you need is some good old order and discipline. I'll do the spanking, pants down.

Reading, drawing, exercise, all of these are good ways of not being online. Their drawback, in my experience, is that they can take up a lot of time if you do them seriously, but in this case that's kinda the point.
