On Tyson's right bicep, is a tattoo of Chinese communist revolutionary, Mao Zedong. When he was in prison serving time for rape, the fearsome puncher was said to have read up on Zedong's politics and identified with them. He wanted to feel less shallow, and is also said to keep a collection of 'Chairman Mao's' writings. Tyson got the tattoo in tribute to his new inspiration.

He got a tattoo of Che Guevara on his ribcage - complete with his famous beret. Tyson was once asked why he decided on having Guevara tattoed on his body. He said: "Che Guevara is an incredible individual. He had so much, but sacrificed it all for the benefit of other people."

Obviously he's victimized a lot of people in his life, but we all live on Grey Street.

Tuck your justice boner away. Even his victim (ex-wife) isn't advocating for his murder. I don't dig the internet tough guy logic. What are you suggesting, that in a revolution we retry everyone in court who already served their time for specific crimes? What, you gonna buddy up with former prosecutors like Kamala Harris, crib their notes, and start the process of double jeopardy?

It’s a turn of phrase, nerd. Sorry for disliking rapists and not wanting them associated with the left (not that this guy has any coherent ideology) - and what are you talking about, ex-wife? He raped an 18 year old girl. Well, that was the one he was convicted for. Who knows how much sexual assault he’s actually committed!

Anyways I’m sure SA survivors using this site will enjoy seeing a convicted rapist heavily upvoted on the front page. Excellent show of solidarity.
