I looked it up, there are actually a lot of anti-Japanese cartoons of his, but the "waiting for orders" cartoon that everyone knows about doesn't actually specify which east asian group he's being racist towards
They don't even need to edit it, it doesn't actually say the word "Japan" anywhere on it
