I mean, you know full well that there will never be a microwave that can do that without WiFi connectivity to sell ads and spy on you and shit. But yeah, technically a QR style code could hold all the necessary instructions for the microwave. Temperature and steam sensing on a microwave is also pretty important and constantly screwed up by microwave manufacturers.
