It can't not get ugly when you have to cram that many crests into one coat of arms. It's the same problem that graphic designers have when they have to arrange one of these "logo graveyards" where a company shows off all their clients or business partners and it ends up as one garbled mess of 200 different fonts and logo styles that just aren't compatible with each other.
