Does Star Trek ever think up an alien more unique than a human with weird prosthetics on their face?
Honestly I think Bashir would probably still give you medication. If anything, he would be acutely aware of how it would feel to be unable to operate at 100%, given that was basically why he was genetically enhanced in the first place.
