    China is a dictatorship of the proletariat that is attempting to blaze a trail to socialism/communism that no country has ever done before. So people are both right and wrong when they say that China is socialist, because it both isn't socialist yet and is making its decisions via a coherent socialist theory.

        I stan the Soviet Union, but their path lead them to balkanization and neoliberalism, while China's has not.
