    Is still a part of the equation. The part that's being implemented in practice.

    If the best you can do is "Bad country would totally do it too if they could", you might as well say nothing.

      A country with ICBMs can't figure out how to stick LIDAR on a turret, because South Korea Big Smart and North Korea Small Dumb-Dumb.

        Hobbyists have been making nerf versions of this for probably 10 years or more, its not difficult. Much easier than a drone, for example. Laughable that any country couldn't build this if they decided to.
