Been thinking about that because I find it astonishing that these guys are (or pretend to be) still absolutely, 100 % confident that Trump is going to be reinaugurated. My guess is that in the months after Biden's inauguration they'll slowly shift from "here's how Donald can still win" to "Trump 2024", without ever admitting they were wrong of course.

They won't. It is faith based to them. This is probably incredibly ironic and hypocritical to say as a christian, but its all just that they really want to believe in trump winning, because its the only thing their worldview can have as an outcome.
I am ashamed that for a little bit I bought into the narrative and thought things might get a little coup-ish. It turns out it's the largest cosplay community in the world.
They're absolutely resistant to evidence, and can change their narrative on a moment's notice. When Biden's admin enters the white house, I bet they're gonna shift to the angle that this was the plan all along, to let Biden be "in charge" while the trump-loyalist government insiders gather evidence of the globalists' crimes to lock them all up for good.
Much like their leader, they will never explicitly admit defeat.
They'll just increasingly recede into fantasy and become more deranged, angry and likely to snap in a fit of violence when reality doesn't agree with them.
I'm a little worried about them getting crazier and deeper into the conspiracy hole post-inauguration, especially towards the direction of those politician kidnapping plots and such. Would love to be proven wrong and see them fizzle out over the next year though.
