i started getting into board games this year, though i tend to focus on games that are good solo since the world is the way it is and all my friends are having kids. I bought a Go board but havent tried it out yet. Ill have to convince my gf to play me.
A cool thing about Go is that you can try to solve "puzzles" like in chess. There are books, but also lots of online resources too.
