If my understanding is correct, the prc has stated that 13,000 ugyhers have been arrested as a part of some sort of counter terror program? Idk if that’s 100% factual because you can’t find any actual info on this due to all the misinformation surrounding the issue. But like yeah 13k people arrested for counterterrorism sounds like something the us would do, idk just my take.
