Bourgeois = boo[r]-zhwah = adjective (the descriptor for peeps owning the means of production); more often pronounced "boozh-wah" in (American) English.

Bourgeoisie = boo[r]-zhwah - zee = noun (all the peeps owning the means of production taken collectively); again, more like "boozh-wah-zee" in (American) English.

For spelling, it helps to remember that the final "s" in French is silent in most words. But it is pronounced when followed by vowels, which are also pronounced.

...But unless you're among history nerds/nerdy leftists, using either word is probably not a good idea, because it makes you sound both pompous and outdated. "Landlords", "bosses", and "billionaires" draw anger. The "bourgeoisie" prompts yawns. Nobody on any actual barricade has ever cared that you're using the correct nomenclature for the oppressor class.
