I don't know what industry this is, but it's possible that remote white collar workers are doing fine (or even better during COVID) than all of the service industry workers that are going unemployed. Could be different labor pools to recruit from.
Good point, I think this a big factor cause we are a smallish white collar shop in a niche industry and they may not have a decent pool to hire from at the moment
