      If Allen West wasn't a war criminal, who is confirmed to have used torture, I'd think he's for sure just a cynical grifter.

      The man has used the Black Republican niche so effectively that after losing his congressional reelection in Florida, he was able to seamlessly move to Texas to become chair of their GOP.
