Its really funny honestly that the Trump admins plan for the election was to say he actually won, file lawsuits and hope that one eventually got to SCOTUS, and then at least 5 justices, including the 3 he put on, would rule he actually won out of personal loyalty to Trump

In 2000 the Bush v Gore ruling was that it was the opinion of the SCOTUS that Florida would not be able to finish its recount by the constitutionally mandated date for the electoral college to vote, so the recount should end. Nothing attempted by Trump is comparable to that meaningfully
